Punjab Delegation’s Visit Accelerates Internationalization of Xingrong Group at Full Speed
On the occasion of Xingrong Group’s striving to achieve global presence, the delegation from Punjab, Pakistan paid a survey visit to Xingrong Group on the afternoon of November 9, with members including Khawaja Hassan, incoming Mayor of Lahore City and Advisor to Pakistan’s Punjab Province Chief Minister, Mrs. Amna Baloch, Consul-General of Consulate General of Pakistan in Chengdu and other seven officers.
Under the accompany of Li Benwen, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Group, the delegation visited the Ninth Sewage Treatment Plant, a subsidiary water drainage company of the Group, and learned about the status quos of all businesses and application of related technologies. In addition, both parties developed active negotiations and discussions concerning water supply, sewage treatment, garbage power, hazardous waste disposal and other issues.
Punjab Delegation’s visit marked the substantive progress of bilateral exchange since March when the Group signed the Memorandum of Cooperation with the Water and Sanitation Agency, Lahore, playing a significant role in reinforcing the Group’s presence in South Asia and even in the global.
